DAVID CARMICHAEL - (Ba Hons) Dip Arch, RIBA
Since joining LGH in 1991, David has cultivated extensive expertise in designing a wide array of projects. During this time and as a third-generation Practice Director since 2002, he has played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of numerous projects, ranging from whole new school designs to teaching blocks and sports facilities to retail food outlets. Regardless of scale or intricacy, David's hands-on, design-focused approach guarantees that all projects receive the dedicated expertise and personal attention they merit.
APPROACH
All clients and projects are unique, and each are treated individually albeit with the same degree of passion to produce exciting, high-quality environments whilst adopting a realistic approach to ensure practical affordability.
Adept at securing planning consents on challenging sites, LGH maximise opportunities through tailored and creative design solutions delivered on budget and schedule.
LGH strive to adopt natural ‘passive’ strategies to ensure buildings have a positive effect on both the building’s internal environment but also on the earth’s environment.
